La conception de la série S destine tout particulièrement ce motoréducteur aux applications de soufflantes, ventilateurs et pompes. Pour répondre aux besoins des clients dans ces secteurs, ce produit est également en vente en version avec pattes ou bride et peut être complétée par une vaste gamme de moteurs électriques intégralement fabriqués par Bonfiglioli. Les moteurs asynchrones normalisés CEI et les moteurs compacts (BN-BE-BX/M-ME-MX) et les moteurs à réluctance (BSR) peuvent être couplés à la série S.
