El diseño de la serie S convierte a este motorreductor en un componente particularmente eficaz para las aplicaciones de bombas, ventiladores y sopladores. Para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes en estos sectores, la serie S también está disponible en las versiones con pie o brida y puede ser completada con una amplia gama de motores fabricados completamente por Bonfiglioli. Pueden acoplarse a la serie S motores asíncronos, IEC y compactos (B-BE-BX/M-ME-MX), servomotores (BMD) y motores de reluctancia (BSR).
